At BLUE + IVORY, every item is made to order with care, and many pieces are customized specifically for you. Because of this, most orders are non-refundable. However, we want you to absolutely love your item, so we offer a limited 7-day policy for issues that are our responsibility.
Returns & Refund Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
We gladly offer a replacement or refund only if:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, production begins quickly.

We cannot cancel or change orders after 12 hours.

If you request a cancellation before production has started, a $20 design/digitizing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders already in production cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping and international customs fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for any approved returns.
Discounted Items
Orders placed with a promotional code, sale price, or discount are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements unless defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages.

Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim.
